Another great video to start with, this video will continue your introduction to the use of compression and force in GST Movement Medicine® and show you how to apply these principals to an exercise that will help you release tension and pain in your Upper Hemisphere, including your upper back and shoulders.


A yoga mat (or other non slip surface) is helpful for this video and you can also add handheld weights when you're following along but no specific GST equipment is required.
